Your first stop for sustainability and minimalism tips, practices, and facts!
Wherever you are in your sustainable/minimalist journey and practice, this podcast is the perfect place to dive in and get going or boost what you’re already doing. Stephanie’s passion for the cause of being more eco-friendly and living a more peaceful, aligned, and meaningful live via minimalism is palpable. It is evident in each episode that she does a tremendous amount of research and preparation in presenting each topic or interviewing each guest. What I love most about the podcast is the range of topics Stephanie covers. From practices to principles and values, cold hard facts about the devastation current widespread attitudes towards consumerism are having on the environment AND our personal well-being, and the joy and peace that comes with implementing sustainable and minimalist practices, she covers it all. Also, each episode at <30 min includes the perfect amount of information for you to receive and process and begin to integrate before her next weekly topic. Everything is fairly simple and easy to get going, you just gotta get started! As someone who is going through the KonMari process, I cannot say enough how valuable Stephanie’s information is. I have done a ton of research on donating and recycling or repurposing items to discard, and I always check to see if she’s done an episode on the topic because I know she has exhaustively researched whatever it is. Look no further folks! Whether you are male or female or single or have kids or a veteran eco-warrior or sustainable-curious or corporate or self-employed, your life will be greatly enriched by Stephanie’s podcast and you will feel awesome about each small change you make to improve your impact on the planet and your lifestyle! Thank you thank you THANK you Stephanie for all your efforts you put into this endeavor!!!

All other low waste seems focused on single people in the city.. and having a family is much different than that. Doing low waste for 4 people instead of for one person. A lot more...Read full review »
