The Cleaner and Greener Side of Minimalism
When I first became a minimalist, I had no idea I cared about the cleaner and greener side of intentionality. Sure, I wanted to throw less items in the garbage but never thought about how gift packaging, frequent Amazon packages, damaging skincare chemicals, or even items I was ingesting were impacting the planet and even my health. Throughout my year of listening to this podcast, it has become one of my favorites and I always learn something valuable to apply to my own life. This podcast has inspired so many changes in my life and the lives of my friends and family members. I am grateful this podcast serves to educate so many on how to live greener and cleaner!
