Hummel & Wright
Great to hear recent interviews with Dan Hummel and Tom Wright. The interaction with Hummel about his book on dispensationalism was peaceable, respectful without insisting on a mere kum-by-ya session. I’ve read Hummel’s work and was quite curious how my alma mater would take it. I learned a lot from the points of difference and distinction. A great example of how to engage with people of differing views. Your conversation with Tom Wright on Romans 8 was also very affirming. I’m in a group that reads/discusses books by Wright and others; in fact, we’re reading the Rom 8 book now. It’s reassuring to listen in and discover that my education at DTS continues to serve me well. R. Price (ThM, ‘85)

One of the reasons I love this podcast is because they don’t shy away from tough topics. The other reason is the way in which they engage these issues. The focus is on understanding and listening rather than labeling and judging. Keep up the great work🙌🏾
