“My Wife left Gaza…”
Huib’s thinly veiled support of Palestinians was a cover for his hatred of Israelis and his support Hamas the terroristic group that committed atrocities on 10/7. He declared Hamas won and it was a “wake up call from God almighty”. He blamed Israelis for what happened because their internal political conflict. Tammy, you cruelly went on to say they needed to repent for their sins. Huib told a story about a Hamas leader who accepted a child’s Bible, as if that would make any of us think they aren’t an evil murderous group of individuals. I strongly believe you are both wrong and insensitive, because this was recorded less than three weeks after the horrific event. God did not cause these atrocities to happen! Hamas terrorist had autonomy given to them by God and they chose to pursue their evil ways. Tammy, I’ve listened to every single one of your episodes, and I have drawn inspiration from them, and if I didn’t speak out, I couldn’t in good conscious listen to any more. I am telling this to you as if you were my friend, that episode was disgusting! I challenge you to listen to it again. I think you wouldn’t hear very much support for the innocent Palestinian people. who I do have empathy for especially the children. I only heard Huib blaming the Israelis and justifications for Hamas’s actions. One final note, his wife apparently prayed for peace over a dead terrorist after passing all the burned out and shot up cars of the Israeli innocent civilians. I pray for God to deliver justice to all who committed evil acts on 10/7, safe return of the hostages and afterwards peace.

Listening to Tammy interviewing Louise Perry was really mind-expanding. In particular I enjoyed the contrast with Jordan’s interview of the same guest. Jordan’s discussion is powerfully abstract, Tammy’s is revealingly personal. The two together create a wonderfully instructive tension....Read full review »
