Jim draws upon an extensive military career in US Marine Corps special operations and Naval Intelligence to lead ENODO. He brings to ENODO a unique understanding of risk analysis and a wealth of knowledge and experience in leadership, management, intelligence analysis, strategy development, and counterinsurgency warfare, developed through military operations across the globe where he immersed himself in diverse cultures.
