Description
Do you yearn to discover the unique qualities about others? Do you regularly get ‘the perfect gift’ for a friend, colleague, or family member?
In today’s episode we spotlight fellow coaches Kevin Fallon and Michael Stafford to learn about the CliftonStrengths Individualization® talent theme. Kevin and Michael share with us how this Relationship Building theme allows them to see others' value, and how finding & knowing the uniqueness of the individual energizes them.
Listen and gain understanding that this theme has a bias towards customization. We learn that those with high Individualization talents need to have “freedom within a framework”. Too much standardization can limit their ability to do their best -- customize their approach to best fit the audience, or put people in the right seats within a team setting. They share helpful insights for the practical use of these talents within a team, encouraging engagement, ownership, and accountability in others, and understanding your place within the whole.
