In today’s episode we are back with fellow coaches Damian Zikakis and Michael Stafford to learn about the CliftonStrengths Input® talent theme. Our guests share with us how this Strategic Thinking theme energizes them through the collection of knowledge, things, and even people.
As you'll hear from our guests, this talent them has the ability to take in, or collect, a breadth of information, and can then sort it to produce something useful, which they might call ‘knowledge bombs’ or ‘golden nuggets’. Though not everyone with Input talents uses them the exact same way, we find our clients and our guests share quite a few common threads, including:
They like collecting, whether that is in the form of things, knowledge, or people. They know a lot, about a lot! They often "have a guy, or gal" who can connect you to everything from relevant info...to the right power tool.
