Description
Do you believe there is a reason or purpose to everything, that we are connected in some way? There are no accidents or coincidences.
In today’s episode, fellow Gallup and Certified coaches, Carolyn Grant and Jessica Cowan, share insights about the CliftonStrengths Connectedness® talent theme. With Connectedness® in their Top 5, our guests share how their talents allow them to easily see and make connections between people, thoughts, and ideas, even help others to understand how the past, present, and future are connected. Both coaches share how tough it was to ‘deconstruct’ Connectedness as a theme as it is at their center. It truly is their core, the theme that connects all others.
Our guest coaches shared with us how their Connectedness talents fuel a sense of purpose and meaning in their lives. They may not know or fully understand the meaning of an event at the time, but trust that it indeed has a purpose. We learn this theme may often provide those high in Connectedness a sense of intuition, as they are able to quickly ‘zoom out’ to see the big picture and ‘connect the dots’. This relationship building theme can do just that, make connections with others, and connect those to the bigger picture.
