Description
Do you love to solve problems, is it easy for you to see what’s wrong and find it energizing to ‘fix’ it? Today on The Thoughtful Talents Show we are spotlighting the CliftonStrengths® Restorative® talent theme. We’ve invited our guests fellow Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach Kevin Fallon and e2grow & Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach Jessica Cowan to share with us insights into their Restorative® talents.  Kevin and Jessica share with us how their Restorative® talent loves to bring to light the problems they see and be part of fixing them. Seeing the issues is easy for them, they love to tackle them head-on and be part of the solution. They prefer to spotlight and fix problems rather than bypassing them or covering them up.    We also learn our guests enjoy being a sounding board and helping others find ways to move forward. As Kevin and Jessica discuss how they developed their Restorative® talents, we hear how they continue to help others see issues, and offer a sense of hope by helping others learn how to navigate their problems and find solutions. To them, they make order out of the chaos and aren’t afraid of fixing what’s broken – they are even energized by doing so.     If Restorative is in your Top 5, what would you fix about our episode, what did we leave out? In what ways has your Restorative® talent brought you success? We’d love to hear about your experience too!   OUR GUESTS: Kevin Fallon LinkedIn Kevin’s Top 6 CliftonStrengths: Restorative | Strategic | Individualization | Developer | Ideation | Futuristic   Jessica Cowan Website | LinkedIn Jessica’s Top 6 CliftonStrengths: Developer | Responsibility | Individualization | Connectedness | Relator | Restorative   YOUR HOSTS: Jen Werner @ Jen Werner Coaching LinkedIn | Website Jen’s Top 5 CliftonStrengths: Responsibility | Achiever | Belief | Deliberative | Activator    Chad Ahern @ Talent and Teams Consulting LinkedIn | Website Chad’s Top 5 CliftonStrengths: Learner | Deliberative | Responsibility | Harmony | Analytical   Learn more about CliftonStrengths Talent Themes:  https://www.gallup.com/cliftonstrengths/en/home.aspx https://www.gallup.com/topic/restorative-theme.aspx   The opinions and insights we share on each CliftonStrengths theme are our own and are based on our understanding of Gallup’s Strengths-based development research.
