“I’m first generation Mexican and my hard working parents with little English raised their family in a upper middle class community. But they made a point to not base our achievements on our race or need to pronounce our name or others with an accent! Los Angeles is more than just us (Hispanic) that’s why I love it, and the host gives the view of one segment of this great city! He speaks of gentrification as though he lives with “the people “ like in Boyle Heights, but rather he lives in Orange County, not even LOS ANGELES.”
