Travelling With Kids/Grandkids - The Worst (Stressful!) or The Best Companions? - Kevs Travel Stories
Description
Since they were able to walk and talk, Kevin Flanagan has made sure to travel with his grandkids Kuba (9) and Maya (7).
“When Kuba was 4, I took him skiing. Since then, three of us have enjoyed multiple ski holidays, as well as trips to Lake Garda, Venice, Antwerp and Ghent,” says Kevin.
The upside of travelling with your grandkids? “You get to share what you love, which for me is skiing and art. And it's a gift that will keep on giving when they are adults. Plus, I have learnt so much from them. Some of my standout memories in life revolve around travelling with my kid and grandkids. They include taking my son when he was 12 to the World Cup in New York and the numerous occasions with my grandkids. And while they offer challenges, kids can be the most rewarding travel companions!”
