This is the final episode in the Introduction to the Torah series! Jesus and the New Testament teach that the entire Old Testament was about him. So how exactly did Jesus' life and ministry fulfill the Old Testament? Bible Reading John 5:19-30 Meditation Question Jesus succeeded where nobody else has. And if you place your trust in him, his blood will fully cover your sin and you will be counted as if you lived his life of obedience to God. Do you believe this? Jesus is the ultimate priest, he is not only the atonement for our life of sin, but he makes us holy and forgives our sins. What sin in your life do you need forgiveness for? Take a moment and ask him to forgive you Jesus sent his Spirit to fill and empower us to live faithful lives as children of God under the new covenant. Have you asked Jesus to fill you with his personal presence so that you can live a life worthy of him? Take a moment and ask for the Holy Spirit to make you more and more like Jesus.
