.The host couldn’t divine tthe difference between The Sun and Fairfax litigations, accused the jury- absent any evidence whatsoever- of oath breaking, and most comically, described evidence of abuse in a case about defamation by accusations of abuse as “out of the scope” of the trial
That a unanimous verdict of defamation is seen as a “repudiation” of progress is a grotesque testament to the cracked and distorted values of The Town,
I used to enjoy the podcast, but having watched the Trial, and the ham-fisted misinterpretation of it, I wonder now how many Bills of Goods I was sold listening to previous shows
