“Updated: Like how hard would it have been to simply stop your guest to remind them what Ezra’s pronouns are? Like the fact that you all let the guest keep referring to Ezra as “him” or “guy” when a simple reminder (or re-record) would have rectified the issue is lazy and careless. Like it’s not complicated stuff. And that upfront apology where Matt claimed it was just a few times was an outright lie. Smh.
In general I like this podcast - interesting topics about the industry covered and I do enjoy Matt. However, I do agree with others who say he needs to learn to stop interrupting his guests and being so argumentative. If he wants to do a solo opinion podcast without guests, then that is what he should do. But if you’re inviting people with experience and expertise in the topic at hand, they deserve the right to speak without Matt constantly interrupting them to prove his own point.”
