Description
Karen is a licensed therapist (LCSW) in the state of Oregon & California with an office based in Portland. She currently provides both telehealth and in-person sessions, specializing in trauma therapy for women. Through her background as a psychotherapist she has developed unique insights to lead Creative Empaths out of chaos and into harmony. Karen understands the lived experience of suffering and emotional pain due to the effects of childhood wounds and being caught in a self-medicating cycle. Many years ago, she had an impactful therapy experience as a client, which allowed her to be free from the entanglements of her own inner prison. She currently offers private coaching, workshops, and online programs.
