Having just listened to Annita Jones’ interview, I know that this will not be the last podcast that I will listen to in Guy Macpherson’s series. Just taking away the ideas of mindfulness and knowing your own limitations lead me to believe that I will expand my own box tools dealing with trauma therapy.
