David McKeegan, his wife and 3 sons have lived in South America, Central America, Europe and Asia. If fact, his 3 sons were born in different continents. After David and his wife got their masters degree in Barcelona, they created a company to help other expats with their taxation issues and filings to the U.S. Government. A great service they offer, since it is a complicated process. Currently enjoying the country of Costa Rica, he has lived in Bali (twice), London, Argentina and Uruguay  amongst others. He has no plans to move back to the USA, apart from visiting family and friends for a few days a year. This is a classic example of why many Americans are moving to other countries, and have no plans to permanently return.
