“Marina & Jemma, I’m so shocked by the hypocrisy of your Russell brand episode. You’re clearly condemning him with no evidence but then ridiculing anybody who defends him with the same lack of evidence. Like your show, he highlights government corruption and promotes social justice. You’d actually love it and could reuse the plethora of evidence he produces for each episode to support your own arguments. But because neither of you have bothered to listen to it before dedicating an episode to him, you’ve come across as naive and inexperienced and too into your own opinions.
Put your preconceptions on Brand aside for a moment: man with huge following who constantly condemns government gets investigated by Murdoch owned Sunday Times and state owned Channel 4… the same entities that you constantly berate as being untrustworthy in your own channels.
I’ve come to expect a higher level of scrutiny from you both.”
