“This was deeply personal for me. My 23 yr nephew was also framed by a DA after two people died in an accident when his friend’s motorcycle collided with a car and the DA chose to scapegoat him by charging him with double vehicular homicide and misc other offenses adding up to 36 years in prison, even though he was 1/4 mile behind his friend and not involved in anyway. Needless to say, he was acquitted by the jury in 45 minutes but they stole 4 1/2 years of his young life, my brother and his wife had to re-mortgage their house, not to mention the untold pain and stress they caused our family. And for what? To score cheap media points and further their own political career. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for taking this case on and bringing the truth about these all too common and devastating abuses of justice to light.”
