What makes this podcast different than all of the other similarly themed podcasts? It could purely be a matter of taste, but I feel that Grant, Randy and Greg have a terrific synergy as hosts that makes them incredibly engaging. Their distinct quirks and interests help keep things fresh whether they are covering the ratings juggernauts or the indie darlings. Whether it’s Grant’s hearty defense of all things Lost, Randy’s passionate support for The Flash or Greg’s soft spoken praise for Mad Men, you always feel like there are distinct opinions being made rather than a bunch of people blandly agreeing with each other like so many podcasts do. Even when I’ve found myself wholly disagreeing with some of their views (and unfortunately it’s usually with Randy but Grant’s not exempt either), I find that I can always see where they are coming from and have nothing but respect for why they feel one way or another. I’ve been with them since their change-up in format a while back and I hope to stick around even longer. You would be happy to add these guys to regular podcast rotation if you haven’t already. P.S. You will obsessively watching tv shows to find scenes of people drinking milk after hearing about the “milk conspiracy” on The Strain review, so you’re welcome!

This is a much better TV podcast than one might expect from a Lost apologist, someone who liked the Supergirl pilot, and a sports fan. Greg, Randy and Grant all have decent mic presence, and the three have enthusiastic and thoughtful discussion about a whole lot of TV shows. They don't all...Read full review »

As someone who listens to television shows while driving, listening to people talk about them is pretty nice. Keep up the good work. Looking forward to more guests and random appearances by past TV dudes.
