“Listening to Shawn Stevenson, model health podcast. I have found you guys. I went intanstly to your instagram to see some of your posts and I saw a pic of you guys in a boat with the canadian flag!
I was so excited when I found out you were canadian and so close to me in my cityToronto. Well The city that has adopted me as a part of it since 2008. But who am I? I am a fitness professional and a fitness enthusiast from Caracas, Venezuela. I left my country alone at 19 to USA and moved to Toronto in 2008. Since I moved to Canada I have gotten involved with healthy eating and serious training , including Yoga and meditation as part of my daily practice. Listening to your podcast is enlighten... the podcasts are full of great information that nourish our mind and our souls. I live alone here and sometimes we get depressed or feel lonely but since I have friends like you guys... there is no space for depression or sad faces. I play every morning a podcast from my favorites people around the world and you guys are now in the list. When I cook I listen to you guys and when I am in the bath tub relaxing after a long day of hard work and training for competitions, I play a podcast and relax and learn at the same time. I really love your soothing voices and the interaction with the experts.
BTW I travel often and I will use that tip that Marni said in the podcast of travelling about asking to check the body instead of passing though the radiation machine. I never throught about that. I tell my clients and friends about you guys. Tos spread the love and inspire others.
