Learned things I never heard or read before about the pacific war. I did not realize how much had to be learned about carrier operations and damage control and how much the Navy improved from 42 to 44. I like how the hosts emphasize the human side by pointing out personality traits of historic figures. I hope an episode on the Sea Bees is in the works as my dad was one during the second war and they made significant contributions to the war effort. Thanks to Seth and Bill IC1. 1967-1977. USNR

Love the detailed info. I’ve got a question about carrier pilots, can you explain what Japanese and allied pilots did when they returned after missions and their carriers were either gone or damaged so they couldn’t land. What were the losses like on both sides? Thanks!!
