Listen now
Description
When we reflect on our personal strengths and skill sets, many of us will attest to the fact that we are great drivers, have a terrific sense of humour, and exhibit excellent critical thinking skills both at work and at home. However, did you know that current research shows that most leaders today score in the 30th percentile or less when it comes to strong critical thinking skills? When emotions are high, and our rational thinking abilities are compromised, we tend to fall back into patterns of making decisions from an emotional perspective, creating decision making blindspots. Join Sasja and Andrew as they discuss why critical thinking skills are important for leaders, recognizing when our own critical thinking needs to be enhanced, and the reason why it is the root of all good judgement.
