“Victor, I am thankful for the meaningful way that you engage the world and the media with your socio-political commentary and historical insights. As a former pastor and the son of a 20 year veteran of the USMC, I am encouraged and refreshed by your podcasts and your treatment of the Gospels in a previous episode. The dialogue/interview style is helpful when so much solid information is shared. Also, your discussion of the Enlightenment (I call it the Endarkenment due to recent events) reminds me of my training in philosophy as an undergraduate and my seminary training. It was necessary to read Hume, Nietzsche, Foucault and Marx in order to understand the difference between worldly thinking and divine wisdom.
