“As an American Villa supporter for over three decades, I try to be rather discerning where I receive my Aston Villa content. This is the second full season that I have listened to Dan Bardell, and his rotation of cohosts from Dave Reed to Jacob Tanswell to Gregg Evans. These gentleman know their Villa football, but they are not arrogant when sharing their knowledge. Sometimes I privately disagree on something that they say and I think to myself, “never going to happen”. Then, it happens and I realize how much they know (or how little I know). To my fellow Americans, prepare for a true Brummie accent from Dan. Thankfully, I have been to Birmingham several times and have many Brummie friends from the NY Villa club which makes it easier for me to understand.
By the way, thanks for recognizing Calum Chambers a few episodes ago. He has worked his tail off and deserves to go somewhere and be truly successful.
