128. What is Your Identity?
Today’s episode is about your identity. It is a word that we all know, but have you considered in terms of how you define it for yourself? Think about a situation when you meet someone new and introduce yourself. If you are in a professional setting, you give your name and then you talk about your profession and the company you work for. In a personal setting, you may use other ways to identify yourself, mother, father, wife, husband, sister, brother, son, daughter, cousin, friend. But are any of these identities who you really are?
In this episode:
We will explore how to look at identities that we have professionally, personally and from an emotional/physical perspective.
