“The story is great and highly immersive (back when they didn’t have any ad brakes in the middle of the freaking episodes). I was trying to introduce friends to this adventure series but the incredibly long and multiple ads that play during the middle of the first episode that continues on into later episodes is completely running the story. I listened to it before the ads and had another friend that listened to it before the ads were added. By far this most recent listen to has completely ruined the series and if it continues I will not listen to it and would highly advise against listening to it until they move the ads to the very end of the podcast, or the very beginning, and does not interrupt the flow of the story.”

“I personally found the story difficult to follow, but my biggest complaint is how quiet the voices are compared to any sound effects. Feels like you have to turn up to volume very loud just to hear the dialog, but then any sound effect becomes obnoxiously loud.”
