“The walk started life as an exercise app. You would walk a set distance to unlock the next chapter. The podcast follows the same story without the user needing to workout. It has the same story but it’s not the exact same as the app. I highly recommend using the app first and then listen to the podcast. Twice the entertainment. The accents ain’t always up to starch but that’s ok because the story is so engaging. Also if you do like the walk check out zombies run by six to start. Together they took me from a couch potato with literally no exercise to a runner of 5km every day and sometimes 10km runs. When exercise is this much fun? Why not take part. 10/10”
