In episode 46 Chris & Dean delve into the interesting case of Estefania Guitierrez.   Estefania was a young teen in Spain when one of her close friends tragically passed away in an accident.  Stricken with grief Estefania and her friends decide it would be a good idea to try and contact their friend on the otherside via a Ouija board.  Due to an unforeseen interruption the session was never properly closed and as a result Estefania and her family were plagued with a series of terrible hauntings that eventually took her life.
