CWO3 Mark Pellon is an active duty Marine, K9 decoy, and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Purple Belt. Mark currently serves as Band Director for the Parris Island Band at MCRD Parris Island.  Mark's journey in leadership began as an enlisted Marine. It was during this time that he began to understand the importance of being a good leader and a good follower.  As he was making his transition to Warrant Officer, he began to understand the importance of having a vision as a leader.
