“I subscribed to this podcast maybe a year ago and neglected to listen to it. Long story short—I found myself in a low and depressive state and had to make a choice on how I wanted to live my life. I listened to an episode and Chris’s story and it really helped me get on to the track of putting my life in order. What I appreciate most about the show is the diverse interviews and the fitness tips. Health has always been a big part of my life and with him being a trainer with an extensive breadth of knowledge I’ve been able to get access to the warrior soul agoge group he runs. It has several workout programs and diet plans that work. I’m six weeks in it myself and have noticed the changes in my endurance and strength in that little amount of time. It’s definitely worth your time if you’re looking for something better to listen to than what most media is pushing these days.”
