Thoroughly Enjoy & highly recommend
I’ve so enjoyed this podcast. I have learnt so much from each episode and my heart and mind have expanded so much from listening. I am so open to this way of being and living and I want to say a deep thank you to the presenters for sharing their wisdom and their personal and relatable stories. The meditations at the closing are just so wonderful. I have never heard (in yoga classes or meditation) anyone before say “if your breath is slow let it be slow and if it is fast let it be fast” (I’m paraphrasing) and as simple as this is, I can’t tell you how profound the impact of this has been on my personal meditation and acceptance. Thank you brother. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Dear Jo and Brother, Thank you, I’m enjoying this podcast!!! 🙏🙏🙏🌈🌻🐝🌞⛲️🌏🤍 After listening to a few of your talks I was thinking.... It would be amazing to see a video of how the Monastics in Plum Village make brew prepare their cup of tea. Is there anything you can point me to? Thank you, Lauren

I love learned about the dharma, Thay and his teachings, and monastic life. I’ve also really enjoyed the several sisters who have been guests. The rhythm is...Read full review »
