Uplifting and inspiring
Plum Village sharing their wisdom to help us in our everyday life. Enjoyable and easy to listen to. I love the guided meditation at the end of each episode. I was lucky enough to be in the presence of Thich Nhat Hanh in 2012 when the Plum Village sangha came to London. There was a Sit for Peace in Trafalgar Square and the whole experience had such a powerful profound effect on my life. I have a great respect and affection for Thay and the sangha. Lovely to see this timeless wisdom being shared in a format that is so relevant to our lives today.

Always hoping to include more of Thich Nhat Hahn’s teachings in my life, this podcast is perfect. I feel like I’m sitting with the hosts/guests at my kitchen table. The meditation at the end of each episode is truly a gift. Thank you so much.

I just listened to the first podcast today. The discussions are very enlightened and funny. The guided meditation at the end truly helped. I’ve read a few books by Thay. Thank you for this podcast and your app to keep me connected to this sanga.
