Ignores the mental health side of the story
I’m on episode 5 and plan to finish it but I’m finding it a bit drawn out. I could’ve skipped episode 4 entirely. Also, the main guy sounds like he has Antisocial Personality disorder but the narrator skipped declined consulting a psychologist and then continues to ask others how someone could act like this. Missed the chance to talk about the possibility of a personality disorder which has been shown to include dysfunction of the frontal lobe. Still have 2.5 episodes to go but this is my impression so far.

More reviews of The Wedding Scammer
This is one the builds over time. Just listened to 3 episode and it’s so interesting. The story gets crazier and crazier. Will keep listening!

Expected better since it was coming from The Ringer but this has been a waste of time. I’m 5 episodes in so I’ll see it through but I fully expect the ending to be incredibly underwhelming, just like the rest of the show has been.

Gave it 15 minutes and all we knew was that the scam involved a wedding. Didn’t care by the 16th minute.
