The issue that we learnt from Rachael was that we was treating our profile like a portfolio, and not seeing it from the eyes of the consumer. We figured our social media was not helpful to our target audience, there was no faces, no story and no information. Just beautiful pictures.. Which is why we began trialling various methods to see what works for us and we're already on our way to doubling our following count every since!
