“This is a great podcast that always delivers 2-3 hours of great content. Jonathan and Sean are avid gamers and film critics and both bring both academic criticism and very transparent personal love and interest in movies and games. The result is a podcast that is both informative and entertaining. Jonathan and Sean have been podcasting for years now and clearly do so because they love it, and their long-term friendship turns into good "on-air" chemistry. Jonathan has a great ability to find a new game or movie that he loves and will rave about it so effectivly that I was pushed over the edge to buy both a 3DS and a PSTV to play games that they would recommend. Well worth it by the way. I subscribe to a lot of podcasts and this is one that I always download and listen to as soon as a new episode drops.
The only negative thing I have to say about this podcast is that at times Jonathan and Sean will spend an entire episode on a specific and niche topic that is so obscure that it would be better suited to be an episode of a podcast about that specific fandom rather than their very general "weekly stuff" format. (I'm looking at you Top Persona Vocal Songs episode) But really that is fine all things considered.
Keep up the good work guys. Also, can we get a picture of Sean? I've pictured Randall from "Clerks" for years now, but something tells me he'd never wear a backwards hat.”
