“Sheer, What’s the deal with the ’New Helmet Jinx’ my buddy told me about? He says that anytime the Wildcats debut a new helmet, they lose that game. If it’s true, that could account for the UofA’s miserably poor performance on Friday. What worries me even more is that they still have another new helmet to debut. The white one with the script ‘Cats’. He says the jinx doesn’t carry over to the next game, just the game they debut the helmet in. So, I guess they’d be safe with the red script ‘Cats’ at Utah, but NOT the white one! Or, I guess they could use the conventional helmet. Either way, it’s something to consider. BTW, Great Show!
Oops, forgot to send. Anyway, here’s an update:
Cats lost last night to Texas Tech. Who knew the ‘new helmet jinx’ included helmet stickers? Yikes!”
