“I was so excited for season two, and it didn’t disappoint. I love this series, it’s so well put together. It’s educational, insightful, and hopeful. Jon and Crooked Media did a great job, and I cannot stress enough how thoughtful this series is. Jon approaches the subject matter and interviews with sensitivity, integrity, and knowledge. He also provides a refreshing, non-BS perspective to the task at hand.
I especially enjoyed how in season one the history of the Democratic party was explored, and season two gives me so much hope and optimism. It was nuanced, complex, and emotional. Thank you for this series, it was wonderful, and thank you for highlighting those individuals and groups that are working so hard and tirelessly to change the tide of American politics and ensure that democracy continues and is inclusive.”
