In which I discuss neuroplasticity and how it relates to affirmations, why affirmations are absolutely a part of shadow work, how to create affirmations that work with the ADHD brain, and when and where you can use affirmations throughout the day and throughout your life to change your mindset little by little until you look back one day and realize how far you have actually come.
In which I discuss how mundane/Meggle forms of healing trauma, specifically therapy and prescription drugs, can be effective, and I give some factors to consider along the way.
