Important!
So as a nurse (and a male one at that) I think it’s important to hear the voices of women who dominate this field as well as the entire medical field. I really enjoyed the episodes with Kati Kleber and Katie Duke. Would love to hear the addition of some other nurses like Nicole Kupchik, Nurse Nacole, Anna Rodriquez from the Burnout Book, and many others. It has also been awesome to hear other perspectives from women in medicine and I look forward to seeing where these podcasts go. They definitely seem like they are starting to pick up speed. Are we taking away life altering content, no, but I don’t think that’s what the goal is. I actually enjoy the loose format that allows for each guests personality to shine through. Cheers ladies!
