Graeme du Plessis is head of brand and community at Factory Berlin, where he develops Factory’s brand strategy. Today he joins us talking about how to sustain a community in the biggest collaborative ecosystem in the world. The Englishmen received his Bachelor of Arts in the English Language and Literature. Soon after he started his professional career as social media assistant at Stylebop and turning into social media manager at Appso-Supro. He continued his career at Hungryhouse and Quiet Studios before switching where he currently works, Factory Berlin. At Factory Berlin, he started out as social media and brand manager and quickly rose as head of brand and marketing. In this episode Graeme shares his experiences creating a more diverse community and attending to each of the individual sectors in his community and gives tips on how to integrate new members and make them feel at home.
