Coming off captaining and managing Esport teams, Tim Buysse has founded HEET.GG. A community of Heroes, united by their passion for Esports and gaming. After finishing his degree in accounting and business management, Tim decided to focus on gaming. Considering himself an Esports dinosaur, Tim spent 16 hours per day gaming and became one of the first Belgian streamers. Eventually making his way to the top playing and captaining for the first team ever that won the League of Legends championship. After a successful career, he decided to focus on managing and founded AbsoluteLegends, a community like HEET.GG. After some setbacks with internal organization, he had to disband the community and started working at Volvo Cars. Now Tim is back in the Esports industry with HEET.GG, one of the fastest growing professional Esports organizations with great passion to guide young and experienced players through their career in a healthy way. In this episode Tim explains the evolution of Esports, how to attract members to your community, changing values in communities, and the use of omni channels to reach members how they prefer.
