“I have been listening to the Worn & Wound podcast for a long time and have enjoyed their content. The reviews and topics are often salient and entertaining for watch enthusiasts and they frequently have good guests. Unfortunately the sound mixing is terrible, with the hosts being extremely quiet while guests speak at normal expected volume. Since Blake Buettner became the host, this has gotten more noticeable and distracting as his vocal fry and volume drops render him inaudible. Zach Weiss is also similarly soft spoken but still audible, while Zach Kazan is the only one who remains audible through the whole podcast. The gain really needs to be turned up on their microphones and Blake needs to try to speak up and maintain louder volumes instead of swallowing his words. This is maddening and detracts from an otherwise solid podcast.”
