“Nice content and pretty good banter. But Kazan, in my opinion you’ve got to work on taking the “Umm’s” out of your speech style. As a high school trained orator, I can’t help it but it really bothers me, so much that I can’t listen. Try and count the “umm’s” in your podcast , it’s probably in the 100’s. As my speech teacher taught us, try just inserting dead space ie, say nothing”
