“I am that person who always said “I don’t have time to sit around and listen to a radio show Podcast”.
So when an acquaintance encouraged me to listen to THE YELLOW CAR I figured I would listen to it for a bit so that I would not have to lie and say I did but actually didn’t.
First, the storyteller Ashley Korslien is an extraordinary presenter. I don’t know her, I don’t know anything about her and have never heard her before this. But she captured my attention within the first five minutes of episode #1.
In my opinion Ashley is clear and unbiased, she seems extremely intelligent, thought provoking, thorough in her research and interviewing expertise not to mention the power of her speech, all of these things made me want to keep listening, so I did.
Next, the overall story is spellbinding, I am stunned that this ever even happened. Although, I must admit that at this point I am feeling a certain kind of way about some of the evidence that has been uncovered.
Additionally, I am incensed that they put a 14-year old boy in Juvenile Hall because he would not say that he knew his dad killed his mom, this truly breaks my heart, I don’t know how he could overcome that trauma even 31 years later.
I applaud the daughter Pooneh for never giving up like I think most of us would have. I certainly don’t know if I could have had the determination to stick with this for 31 years, the resolve this woman must have is extraordinary, and regarding all of the information she has uncovered, there are no words.
I was very sorry to learn that Mr. Entezari has passed away but I am a person that believes in the afterlife and I believe he sees how his daughter is still fighting for him and I also believe he is probably very proud.
Ashley, thank you for this story, I have listened to four episodes and cannot wait to hear the rest, I am hooked.
Oh, and by-the-way, because of you Ashley Korslien I am now a Pod Cast person.”
