Remi Linsday's elegant black tie affair

Description
Today on The You and Me Podcast we chat with Remi Lindsay - head of marketing for the Rubinstein Group. Attending the same small university but never crossing paths, Sonny and Remi met instead at the local races, a big day turned even bigger night - yet both of them decided from that moment forward that they were meant to be together.. Remi knew Sonny's sister from uni without knowing him just yet - which allowed her to essentially get a head start on the dating game - their values aligned, his family was nice - this was someone Remi knew she wanted to explore life with! A proposal that was personal and intimate - a low key setting that reflected their personalities and kept the special moments just for them to enjoy. Remi had some prior experience in the events and PR scope so began the process of wedding planning with the most important elements being their wedding location - which they knew they wanted to keep local for their family and friends. One piece of advice that Remi continuously comes back to throughout her entire planning process was that the investment for each couple should be most importantly made with themselves in mind! The non-negotiable details are those that they, as the couple, remember. Don't worry about the little things that may go a tad rouge, or the changes that can potentially occur at the last minute (like those pesky bread rolls on the dinner tables being placed WAY too early!) - none of them matter in the grand scheme of things! Grab a champagne and hit the dance floor - those are the memories you'll want to make!
