Daniel Orsanic, a former professional tennis player from Argentina, left a lasting mark on the sport as the captain of the Argentina Davis Cup team, leading them to their first title in 2016. Known for his left-handed play and double-handed backhand, Daniel excelled as a doubles specialist, clinching eight titles and reaching the finals seven times, all on clay courts. After retiring from professional tennis in 2003, Daniel transitioned into coaching, guiding notable players like Thomaz Bellucci, José Acasuso, and currently, Uruguayan star Pablo Cuevas. His coaching career highlights include a Grand Slam doubles title with Cuevas and two ATP Tour titles with Acasuso. Off the court, Daniel is involved in charitable endeavors through Fundacion Nordelta, demonstrating his commitment to making a difference beyond tennis.
