Description
Emma is from Manchester and is hard of hearing. Lip-reading is important for her to communicate, and so mask-wearing during the pandemic has made the world much less accessible to her. Yungblud and Emma discuss communication, and how her deafness has given her some incredible experiences. Details of organisations offering information and support on the issues discussed in this podcast are available at bbc.co.uk/actionline
