A lifeline for a beginner
I am new to the practice and have found ZMM as a virtual sangha during this difficult and unusual pandemic era. The talks always seem to touch on something I desperately need to hear. I am amazed at how Geoffrey Shugen Arnold Roshi keeps the discourse relevant to our time. It’s another wonderful reminder that Buddhism’s power is alive and real. We have a great responsibility to spread the dharma with skillful means during such pressing times.
