Returning to Zen Buddhism, this podcast is very helpful. Straight and to the point, with personal experience added. The first episodes helped me get me through my first mini sesshin, during the breaks (don’t tell anyone, it was a silent retreat ☺️).

The hostess of the podcast is just wonderful. Domyo Burk is clear, bright and right at it. This pod is for beginners and experienced in not only Zen but in practice of Dharma. There’s a positive and realistic touch to the lectures that make you want to stop listen (!) and get to your sitting cushion asap. Very inspireing.
